Cafe Care is managed by a diverse team of people from a variety of backgrounds as a reflection of our community and to ensure complete accountability.
As a very active member of the community, Bill founded Cafe Care in 2011. With genuine commitment to community development, he develops initiatives and follows through on them with a strong passion for social justice, which is fueled by his equally strong faith and love for the Lord. Serving for one term as a council member, Bill continues to maintain a networking partnership with the local, state and federal governments.
