As a very active member of the community, Bill founded Cafe Care in 2011. With genuine commitment to community development, he develops initiatives and follows through on them with a strong passion for social justice, which is fueled by his equally strong faith and love for the Lord. This commitment has been demonstrated by his presidency of the Clayton Traders Association for 13 years followed by representing the community as an elected council member for Oakleigh Ward in the City of Monash. Serving for one term as a council member, Bill continues to maintain a networking partnership with the local, state and federal governments.
